Hi!

Welcome all to the new preschool year! My name is Ljiljana (pronounced as Liliana) Jotanovic. I am the Assistant Teacher in the Toddler room (Room 109). I have an AA degree in Child Development and two Child Development certificates from City College.

I am originally from Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. I've been living in the U.S. for eleven years. I started at UCP as an intern for one of my classes six years ago and I just loved it. It is amazing to watch and help children go through such fascinating and accomplished stages of development, as well as to be a part of this great school.

I enjoyed working in the preschool office in the morning for the last three years (I was an afternoon assistant teacher), but I have to say tha I'm happy to be in the classroom full time.

It is going to be a great year and I look forward to sharing it with all of you!
